You keep the month you paid for
Access continues to the end of the current billing month, then the account drops to the Free plan.
Downloads stay yours
Renders you have already downloaded remain licensed to you — see the content licence.
You get it in writing
A cancellation confirmation email arrives within 7 days, and normally within minutes.
Nothing is deleted
Cancelling does not delete your account. If you want the account and its data removed too, say so and it is done within 30 days.

Write to support@joannerobson.shop from the address on the subscription and ask us to cancel it. We action it on receipt and confirm by reply. Replies within one business day, Monday to Friday.
