1. Position
Caketta generates original cake designs. It is not a tool for reproducing anyone else's protected work, and it is built so that it is a poor tool for trying. Infringing output is against the Acceptable Use Policy, and a deliberate attempt to obtain it ends access.
2. What is in place
- Brief screening. Briefs are checked, before a request is made and again on the server, against an explicit list of character names, brands, trade marks and club crests, plus patterns for “in the style of [person]”, logo requests and requests for a real person's likeness.
- No image upload. There is no way to feed a protected image into Caketta to have it reproduced, restyled or traced.
- No lettering from the model. Plaque wording is typeset by the site, so the model is never asked to reproduce a wordmark.
- Provenance on every download. Files carry machine-readable AI-generation markings, which makes an infringing item easy to trace back and identify. See the AI Transparency Statement.
- Published limits. The rules are stated on the site, in the app, and in the terms — not buried.
3. Reporting an infringement
Email support@joannerobson.shop with the subject line IP complaint and include:
- Your name and your relationship to the rights holder.
- Identification of the work or mark you say has been infringed, with a registration number if there is one.
- Identification of the Caketta content or page you say infringes it, with a URL where possible.
- Contact details we can reply to.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are authorised to act.
4. What happens next

Where an account was involved, it is warned or ended under the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to the removal email with your reasons and any evidence of your right to use the material. The complaint and the counter-notice are reviewed together.
6. Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly submit briefs aimed at protected characters, marks or crests are ended. That decision is not reversed on appeal for a second offence.
7. Caketta's own rights
The Caketta name, the mark, the interface, the written copy and every image published on this site belong to the operator of joannerobson.shop. Your rights in the renders you generate are set out in the Content Licence — those are yours, within the limits stated there.
