The short version
- Paid plans bill monthly in USD and renew automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel in one step on the cancellation page — no email required, no retention call, no form to argue with.
- If you have generated no renders in a billing month, that month is refunded in full on request within 14 days.
- The Free plan never asks for payment details, so there is nothing to cancel or refund.
1. What you are charged
| Plan | Amount | Currency | Frequency |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0.00 | USD | Never charged |
| Sprinkle | $5.49 | USD | Every month, same calendar day |
| Buttercream | $12.49 | USD | Every month, same calendar day |
| Patisserie | $25.99 | USD | Every month, same calendar day |
The amount, the currency and the renewal frequency are shown again on the subscription confirmation screen before you enter any payment details, and you must tick to accept them before the order can be placed.
2. Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price until you cancel. We tell you in advance, by email, before any price change takes effect.
There is no paid trial and no introductory rate. The Free plan is permanently free and never asks for payment details.
Unused renders do not carry over to the next month.
3. Receipts and reminders
- Every successful charge produces an emailed receipt showing the amount, the currency, the plan and a direct link to cancel.
- Every receipt email contains a direct cancellation link. You never have to hunt for one or ask support to do it for you.
- If a renewal price ever changes, you are emailed at least 14 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel in that window without being charged the new amount.
- A cancellation confirmation email is sent within 7 days of the cancellation taking effect.
4. How to cancel
There are two ways, and both work at any time of the month:
- Open the cancellation page, enter the email address on the subscription and confirm. Cancellation is immediate.
- Email support@joannerobson.shop from the address on the subscription and ask us to cancel it. We action it on receipt and confirm by reply.
Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not delete your account, and it does not remove the renders you have already downloaded. You keep access to the plan you have paid for until the end of that month, then drop to the Free plan.
5. Refunds
Automatic, on request
- Unused month. If no render was generated during a billing month, that month is refunded in full — ask within 14 days of the charge.
- Duplicate or accidental charge. Refunded in full, always, however long ago it happened.
- Service failure. If Caketta could not deliver renders for a sustained period in a month you paid for, that month is refunded or extended — your choice.
- Charge you did not authorise. Tell us and we refund it while we investigate.
Considered case by case
If you used part of a month and it did not work out, write to us and say so. We would rather resolve it directly than have you dispute the charge with your bank. Partial refunds are given where the request is reasonable.
Where a refund is not given
- Months in which you generated renders and simply forgot to cancel before the next renewal.
- Dissatisfaction with a render's artistic outcome after substantial use of the plan's allowance.
- Access ended because of a deliberate breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.
These exceptions never override the statutory rights you have where you live. If your local consumer law gives you a stronger right, that right applies.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@joannerobson.shop from the address on the subscription with the date and amount of the charge. Replies within one business day, Monday to Friday. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method — typically within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
7. Before you dispute a charge
Please write to us first. Almost every charge dispute we have seen was a renewal someone forgot about, and we refund those without argument. You will get a faster outcome from an email than from a chargeback.
