1. What you get
For each render you generate, Caketta grants you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use, copy, modify and display that render, for the purposes your plan allows. The licence survives cancellation: renders you downloaded while subscribed stay licensed to you afterwards.

3. What the licence never covers
- Reselling the render itself. You may not sell, licence or distribute a render as a stock image, a print, a template, a clipart pack or an NFT. The commercial right is to use it in your own work, not to trade in it.
- Passing it off as a photograph. Do not present a render as a picture of a cake you baked. If you show it to a client, say what it is. See the AI Transparency Statement.
- Removing the markings. Do not strip the machine-readable AI marking, and do not remove the watermark from a Free plan download.
- Training data. Renders may not be used to train, fine-tune or evaluate a machine learning model.
- Trade mark registration. A render may not be registered as a trade mark or a design right.
- Anything the Acceptable Use Policy forbids — that policy governs downloaded files as much as the act of generating them.
4. Exclusivity
Renders are not exclusive. AI image models can return similar results for similar briefs, so another user with a similar brief may receive something that resembles yours. If a design must be unique to you, it has to be drawn by a person.
5. Baking a cake from a render
Nothing here restricts making a physical cake from a render, for yourself or for a paying client. Caketta claims no rights in the cake. What the render cannot do is guarantee the result — see the Acceptable Use Policy on concepts, quotes and food safety.
6. Attribution
Attribution is not required. If you would like to credit Caketta, “Concept by Caketta” is enough. What is required, on every plan, is that you do not describe a render as a photograph.
7. If the licence is breached
The licence for the renders concerned ends and access may be suspended. Where a breach also infringes someone else's rights, the Intellectual Property Policy applies.
