Currency
Every price on this site is in United States dollars (USD) and is charged in USD.
Billing cycle
Every paid plan bills monthly, on the same calendar day you subscribe.
Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price until you cancel. We tell you in advance, by email, before any price change takes effect.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time from the cancellation page or by emailing support. Cancelling stops the next charge; your renders stay available until the end of the month you have already paid for.
Trials and introductory rates
There is no paid trial and no introductory rate. The Free plan is permanently free and never asks for payment details.
Unused renders
Unused renders do not carry over to the next month.
Receipts
Every successful charge produces an emailed receipt showing the amount, the currency, the plan and a direct link to cancel.
Refunds
A billing month in which you generated no renders is refunded in full on request within 14 days.
Payment security
Card details are entered on, and held by, an independent PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Caketta never sees your card number.
Taxes
Prices exclude any sales tax, VAT or GST that may apply where you live. Where tax is due it is shown before you confirm.
